1. Only items on the list above are included in the program. The specific item(s) will *ship same business day for orders placed prior to 3 PM EST and no later than next business day for orders placed after 3 PM EST. *Item(s) may ship from either our Mesa, AZ warehouse or our
Paulsboro, NJ facility whichever is closer to the destination.
2. Home Inspector Essentials provides tracking information via e-mail through **UPS World Ship's Quantum View Notify service. Some e-mails can be
blocked by spam filters and therefore we cannot guarantee you will receive tracking information electronically. We will however provide tracking information
within 24 hours of customer's request. If we cannot provide proof of shipment within this time frame, the item(s) ordered that are included in the program
will be provided free of charge.
3. Items ordered that are not included in our "In stock or it's free" program, yet ordered with items that are included, may or may not be shipped together. The guarantee does not for
any reason extend to items not currently listed above.
*Business days are defined as Monday through Friday excluding Nationally recognized holidays.
**Our preferred method of shipment is UPS. Orders that are requested to ship or must be shipped via an alternate carrier, such as U.S.P.S., may require an additional 24 hours to ship.
